TCA Event Featured U.S. Federal Agency Director as Keynote Speaker

Treatment Communities of America (TCA) recently held a reception to honor U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan of Ohio with the Charlie Devlin Award for Excellence. TCA honored Rep. Ryan for his exemplary contributions in advancing recovery as Co-Chair of the Addiction Treatment and Recovery (ATR) Caucus. Keynote speaker for the event was Dr. Miriam Delphin-Rittmon, Assistant Secretary for Mental Health and Substance Use. Dr. Delphin-Rittmon detailed the Biden Administration's plan for combatting America's worsening overdose crisis, in improving behavioral health infrastructure and increasing funding for key programs and support services.
